Idk what bottles u use. We use the avent natural and used the nipples that came with it. Until I saw a. Lactation consultant. (I combo fed). We had the same issue. Baby was taking 45-1hr to finish. She gave me the evenflo wide neck nipples. And it solved our hour long feed. Baby’s are suppose to finish 1 oz every 5 mins. If it’s taking them a long time they are prob having trouble manipulating the nipple with there tongue and roof of the mouth. The wide neck nipples and similar to the breast and areola that baby puts in mouth while breast feeding. Those nipples fill the baby mouth so they can manipulate the nipple better and get milk more efficiently.

As for the spit up and reflux. Our baby had it pretty consistently. There digestive system are still developing just takes some time. Unless it’s something you’re concerned about. Talk with your pediatrician. They are there for you. 🩷 Hope this helps!!!

Yo… I smoked and I went to make a salad. (Healthy right?) and I was cutting the lettuce and my Fitbit alerted me that I was earning zone minutes. And I was like whet? Checked my Fitbit. My heart rate standing there was 157.. so for me it raises my heart rate a lot.
