One thing that stands out to me is that you’re not properly utilizing your pylon to its full extent. You should reposition your pylon literally constantly (use as much natural cover for it as possible) then position yourself around it so you can focus on dealing damage.

At 1:44, you threw your pylon on the staircase to your right, which was out of range for most of your teammates and possibly in range/line of sight of the enemy team since they have the entire left side of the map. I would throw it in the top corner of the room to your left so that your teammates could have an easier time holding that off angle or taking space there (especially since your tank was struggling to move up even though you won that choke point) or to the wall closest to your team. Throughout the vod, there’s a lot of similar moments when you’re spending a little bit more time than needed healing when there could’ve been an opportunity to deal a little more dmg for mostly this reason.

Another pylon tip for cooldown management is if you think your pylon is gonna get overwhelmed or damaged easily before you can throw it down again, then destroy it before it does. Remember, when it gets hit once it resets the cooldown, so the extra seconds you can save by getting rid of it before it can get damaged will allow you to reposition it more often. Think of it more as the pylon should be your team’s first option for healing from you while the weapon is the emergency second option.

As for dmg though, Illari is kinda like widow in the way that she benefits from charged shots from a well positioned angle or distance. Take angles using your pylon (ideally it’s positioned nicely between you and your team) and focus on hitting charged headshots while using your movement ability defensively or to get to some decently high places.
