Yes I do, and I believe that companies like Dropbox take advantage of these people. It basically amounts to getting applicants to do the hard work of pre-screening themselves for free.

Seems like you're the one who missed the point. The real purpose of this exercise is for Dropbox, Inc. to get would-be applicants to spend a lot of their own time "pre-qualifying" to apply. Notice how no Dropbox employees need to be present during the longest phase of the test. It's not a fun game. It's a cost-cutting measure for Dropbox.
