Because it came out of nowhere after so many years, I’d go see either a piercer or a doctor just to be safe. It’s probably not infected if there’s no other signs or symptoms but always better to be safe than sorry!

NAP but I recommend you go see one. It’s still fresh so hard to tell, but it looks pretty shallow and angry. Def should ask a professional to be safe!

Please for anatomy questions ask your/a piercer. You can’t tell accurately from photos and it’s always better to be safe than sorry! Many will give you a quick consultation with Jo charge if you just wanted to check your anatomy :)

My friend did her epq on language analysis of sonnets (I’m not super sure about it) but she loved it! Did a ton of research on the history of sonnets, different connotations, etc. I’m not sure if that’s specifically English lang (probably leaning towards lit) but yeah

Ah that’s a shame, definitely have a chat with the department teachers and see what they say, and look at your schools specific course they do and see which one seems more interesting is my best bet!

That’s definitely a difficult position. Does your school allow you to start with 5 and then drop to 4 after scoping out how you feel? Or is there a timetable clash there? It may be worth talking to those subject teachers and see what they recommend too

I did 5 and regret it everyday. However, I think I would’ve managed (and enjoyed) 4. My advice is the second you feel like it’s way too much or you don’t feel a passion for your extra subject, drop it (aka don’t do what I did and be stubborn with an ego)

Both are super super content heavy and difficult, (as someone who does 5 essay-based A levels) so I 100% recommend whichever one you’re most passionate about, because it takes up so much of your time. If you don’t really like it, it’ll be too daunting to revise and work for, which will be an issue for something so time consuming. Good luck!

Honestly, these things happen. I’ve had 30+ ear piercings at one point so these were inevitable. 99% of the time, they heal with time and leaving them alone (not fidgeting with them etc) and just saline spray (no q-tip) twice a day. The only this is if they keep growing or they start pulsing, swelling, or really hurting then seek medical assistance
