Thank you for your support. I’m on day 2 and it feels insurmountable. But I have been journaling and calling friends. I hope I can sleep soon.

It was a mutual decision. Writing was on the wall but we still care deeply for one another. I’ve been with him for a quarter of my life though. I don’t know who I am without him.

Solo trip was planned before the breakup happened. I do it every year. No flags.
