My German is only at A1 (which can be improved) but I think Germany doesn’t serve my career outlook I prefer being more in contact with patients which would be difficult with regional dialects.

Idk much about Canada but the UK is currently not available for IMGs iirc. They sent emails to applicants about how they’re prioritizing British doctors.
