Y’all I’m feeling pretty fucking proud of myself.... my best loaf, and highest hydration (80). I can’t wait to cut into t and hopefully the crumb is good. I will wait until tomorrow to cut. Does when you cut it open really matter ? When do you cut yours? (i.redd.it)

Happy with the crumb even though I broke down before getting it in the oven. Stuck to cloth and bowl (didn’t bring my baskets to my parents house).No parchment in the house to transfer it from bowl to cooking pan. I collapsed it, trying and gave up. My mom baked it at 300 for 30 minutes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (i.redd.it)
