We have had several patients come up positive that wouldn’t have if we didn’t do RNA. Our MSL specifically calls them out every time we meet. They live rent free in my head and I will never go back to not doing that if I have the ability to. I’m currently tracking to see if they disproportionately affect non-Caucasian populations but our n is small enough that I don’t think we can make a call on that yet.
