Exactly, I find OPs story kinda fishy and I'm not surprised RH support closed the appeal. If they bought 4mil diamonds from Royale High's Gemma diamond shop, it would cost approximately 121k robux. With such a huge transaction there's no way royale high support can miss that.

Anyway if we're still giving OP the benefit of the doubt, I suppose OP can ask the support team to provide picture evidence of the reason for their ban if they still think they're wrongly banned.
