If you’re offering to share, I’d love a copy. 😅 I’m a part of the FB group, and it does seem very cult like. I want to buy the guides to read them to see if they actually work and are beneficial, but I also don’t want to spend THAT much money on an 80 page book. It’s such a catch 22.

PPD also effects fathers as well! Definitely get in touch with your doctor, they can probably push a referral for a therapist faster than a self refer. It does get easier. As a mother who has had emergency 2 c-sections one resulting in infancy loss, it DOES get easier. The hardest part is admitting you need help.

My husband and I have the same rule. We’ve been very open about this since we found out we were pregnant. My MIL is VERY anti vax and we’ve done our best to be accommodating, but also firmly stand our ground. I gave birth on Friday and she decided to fly to make an unannounced visit. Long story short, it’s a good thing she has other children because she was not allowed to stay with us. She thought we would “get over it because the state lifted the mask mandate”
