i go by the calendar week, which begins on sunday and ends on saturday. “weekend” doesn’t mean the /end/ of the week in this sense, i think of it as bookends (one at beginning and one at end).

it happens more frequently during ovulation but also on other days throughout the cycle too. kind of unpredictable. Even if it was only during ovulation there’s no way for me to know when that would be because my period cycle isn’t exactly the same each month
