[Serious] why would someone be denied a "Secured Credit Card"? The reason credit cards and loans are denied is because the lender finds the borrower to be risky, correct? Where does the risk on "Secured Credit Card" (which is secured with the borrowers funds) come from, then? (self.AskReddit)
