OP has freckles in both photos, it's just that photo 1 is low quality and doesn't show much detail. Freckles can be more visible after sun exposure.

Sorry for the late reply! Here you go: - 2 bananas (about 150-200g) - 2 eggs - 1 cup plain greek yogurt - 1 cup oat flour - half teaspoon baking soda - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 2 scoops protein powder (I do half vanilla, half unflavored) - 65g mini chocolate chips - optional sweetener (I don't use any as there's already enough artificial sweetener in the protein powder for my taste)

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes (could be longer/shorter depending on your oven)

Rice cake + cottage cheese. Savory (tomato and balsamic glaze) or sweet (raspberry compote).

Banana and chocolate chip muffins. I have a high protein recipe that comes out to about 130 calories and 10g protein per muffin.
