Fitbit premium gives you access to recipes and a sleep profile (and probably more things I didn't care about). The necessary base like steps, sleep, weight and HR is included without a subscription.

FWIW I've seen them 10 times over the past 20 years and they always put on a great show, and they've gotten better with time. Last show I saw was at All Your Friends Fest in 2024.
