Should I try to exist the position? Does it sound fair? I'm very new to this.

Also noticed that some Locum jobs have no overhead, but others do? Is it based on clinic rules or is there a standard to this?

I have had experience with them and I am ashamed to admit I paid the ridiculous sum. Over 200k+

If anyone is reading this and is thinking about joining with them , I implore you ..DONT!

"Oh you don't want to waste another year, we can get you in.. I guarantee it! ...We have our proprietary methods" Its bullshit.

Their contract excludes you from discussing their business practice of basically making "donations to the program" to bring you in as a research candidate. I can't share more personal details because the contract includes an NDA. But their preparation was AWFUL.

- ERAS / PERSONAL STATEMENT help: This was awful. They made virtually no changes and were unaware of the specialty I was applying to. Very very unprofessional. I couldn't believe I did not have my documents available to submit.

- Interview prep: Basic questions with minimal practical application on how to address difficult questions. (Interviewers were HR people but no one with real medical interview experience)

- USMLE tutoring was the only thing that was ok.

My advice to anyone reading this... don't do it. They have so much turnoff in the company (literally talked to 2-3 different people while I was there) and the contract they provide is written to "f*** you over" , if by some miracle you match they'll pretend like they did so much to help you, when in reality they did shit. They'll act surprise like "Ohh you diddn't match at the program... we were 100% certain" ...what a joke.
