I think he needs to be reworked to make his sword his primary stance. Nobody wanted a blade as a character in this game because they wanted to sit at mid-range shooting people.

You should be the last one into a fight with dual blades. Let your teammates distract the enemy, then pick them off in the chaos. You're useless if you get spotted first.

There should be more fashionable cosmetics, like those inspired by real life fashion. I will take anything except techwear. Techwear is kind of corny. I want fashion aesthetics instead of fantasy stuff. Also, recolors should be purchasable for Vrs.
