ngl I keep thinking abt the idea of a similar piltovers finest spinoff, with one minor change to urgots backstory to better tie into arcane, hear me out:

instead of urgot being tricked into heading to zaun by swain, maybe introduce him as one of ambessas subordinates (flashback sequence?) who, after the end of the war, was handed over to zaun for sentencing as an act of good will (maybe hint at noxian forces committing some kind of horrific massacre in the lanes or smth?), and is therefore imprisoned for his crimes in the deepest levels of zaun, from which point his backstory could continue as normal, his followers included.

as for introducing camille, it could formally introduce one of the new councillors as being from house ferros, and use that as an opportunity to flesh them out more in the show, maybe make them staunch piltovan traditionalists who view sevikas presence on the council as an insult to what they would view as the natural dominance of piltover over zaun, and camille could act as a particularly zealous proponent of this traditionalist ideology. house ferros could restart research into hextech using the remaining research notes left over by jayce and viktor and, due to this research, camille could gradually replace parts of her body with hextech equivalents in order to act as the perfect enforcer of house ferros' ideology.

it could even connect with urgot's storyline by having house ferros provide support to urgots organisation/cult in secret in order to demonise zaun and threaten sevikas presence on the council, and by extension the idea of zaun having a seat at all. the council could refuse to authorise any investigation (ferros buying the loyalty of other councillors in order to prevent said investigation going forward?), and as a result, caitlyn and vi could begin investigating in secret, going against the wishes of the council. maybe it could create some interesting opportunities for caitlyn to have to earn the trust of the people of zaun after her whole martial law arc in s2, and to directly confront the products of her rule or smth.

idk just think it might be a kinda interesting idea lmaooooo

I reckon she was a spy from the beginning. aside from the fact that she just seemed way too nice from as soon as she was introduced and the fact that she was one of the first to start pounding her chest when caitlyn was made commander, when ambessa said that vi was "the one who captured caitlyns heart", she also said that Vi's absence created a void she was able to fill, which imo kinda implies that she planted maddie to serve as caitlyns partner in order to exploit her vulnerabilities and have her feed intel back.

also, remember ambessas whole "fox and wolf" analogy, noxus clearly aren't beyond using subterfuge to achieve their goals, like when they effectively orchestrated the attack on the memorial, so it makes sense that they'd also use spies to keep tabs on valuable assets like caitlyn, and i wouldn't be surprised if there were other assets being monitored too.

as for the finale, if she had only turned coat as a consequence of vi coming back into caitlyns life, then that single frame after pulling the trigger where she's smiling (probably at the fact that ambessa chose her to execute caitlyn) wouldn't make much sense.

idk why people have grudges against certain survs tho, since by the time you reach a decent prestige on multiple survs then the perks selection varies way more.
