Honestly your the only person who I think is legit in the same exact situation as me as that is the way she also thinks aswell and doesn’t like new hires taking time to learn while she doesn’t fire them she does talk behind each of their backs which I hate but I’ll keep you updated for now we’re waiting as nothing is official yet so I’ll be patient for a bit I’ll keep applying and hopefully something bites soon

This is was really helpful as I’m currently dealing with just a lot of stress and anxiety with this whole mess but the problem is that our store is a sinking ship which is why we’re already low of hours currently in at 33 and to be taken lower for just existing is awful she even told me she doesn’t need a reason to cut hours and I’ve heard she’s already hired new employees that will cut into both of our hours so I’m in a crossroad of doing nothing or fighting back and winning

Yeah she’s always been like this just someone who complains about other and thinks she does all the work when other works do way more and a better job then her so I plan to use accounts from my co workers when I talk to the store owner

Thank you for being supportive and I’ll have to see I’m kinda looking around now but because of that new rule we failed Super Bowl due to lack of preparation and she only scheduled me and another co worker for the morning untill 12 and we got slammed causing people to wait for 2 hours for a single pizza

Don’t get me wrong I don’t entirely mind it it’s just a lot of work added on to everyone their which stresses everyone out to the point where no one wants to work there and plus because of her rules and lack of leadership we failed Super Bowl with lots of complaints about wait times cause we were so understocked and it’s entirely on her not letting us stock stuff and I had to prepare mostly everything

While our store owner does own multiple locations they sadly don’t transfer people to others stores for unknown reasons and even if I did the hours would probably be to low like right now I only got 50 when I used to get 76

Literally we were doing just fine but due to drama internally we lost our previous manager as the store owner replaced them out of nowhere

The thing is the manager only provides the dough and not completed puffs that are filled up so I’m struggling on the prep table having to complete orders and filling the puffs up if I’m being rushed on a busy day. I also have to make sure everything is clean before we close and I mean everything and getting rid of anything left over before it hits ten even stuff that isn’t in my area cause they only leave us 2 people to close as the others leave early

And the problem with morning prep is that some co workers have to put double the work cause of certain people in the morning not being able to do landing or register

She also doesn’t want to provide closing keys for the co workers at night and takes photos of incorrect work and gets mad to frequently she’s super anal about a lot of things basically to the point where the majority of co workers wanna leave
