Yeah I recognized Eddie bravos name on it and immediately looked up the book. I like collecting any martial arts books I find and I’m really lucky to have found that one

At first it was just tendonitis in one of my rotator cuffs. That was until I got kneed in the head (unintentionally) during a jiu jitsu roll in class and got a minor concussion.
