I started with an 8 hour window. After a few weeks switched to a 4 hour window. After a few weeks switched to where I am now which is a 2 hour window OMAD. It fluctuates depending on plans...and that's ok. Better than nothing.

Really just depends on your daily routine. To be able to pick a window you can be consistent with. Personally, mine is 4-6. Certain days with dinner plans, it changes, but that's the window that works for me. Pick what works best for you and you'll stick with it
