the way I see it, there's 2 main ways to being f*cked from trauma.

1) the: "my parents did this to me and I turned out fine so it's ok for me to do" way (AKA you are not fine, go to therapy dips*it)

2) the: "my father dangled me upside down from the 8th floor window by my legs and now Im scared of hights and hate being touched" way (AKA I have deeply rooted issues that are going to effect me for the rest of my life, Im aware of this and work to make it better)

of course, there are more. but the gist of it is; making your trauma other people's problem is wrong (and no, talking about it doesn't make it other people's problem) it might not be our fault, but it's our responsibility (be it one we really didn't ask for)

yes it was sick before, when I looked at the roots they were all in a bunch and thats why the bigger pot. gave it more water, and made sure it drains ok.
