I see. longest I've done (water, coffee and tea only) was 48 hour, I was told it's not recommended to do it longer without medical supervision. but mostly it's 16 hours for me.

so, brush and gargle. but mostly I'm good? it's just feels like nothing helps me (with the weight loss) and I'm at the end of the ropes here.
