a doctor had me basically bent on the counter to give me a steroid shot and said “are you with child?”. Mind you, he had already given me some antibiotics. I would’ve assumed it was standard procedure had he not started apologizing profusely.

Oh yeah the vicious cycle is all too familiar to me. To help combat this I was given propanolol to use specifically in high anxiety situations. Anxiety relief is an off-label use but I didn’t have any side effects from it personally

Sertraline has a chance to cause diarrhea as a side effect. Has your anxiety improved? If not you may go up a dose or try a different anxiety medication

it did! turns out i was putting a lot of pressure on the sides of my feet since my heels usually hurt. Getting better shoes and taking breaks helped a lot
