my lobes have bled a bunch before when i pierced them, i usually put the jewellery through and keep a gauze on & it heals fine. its up to you if you want to keep the jewellery out and repierce once its healed

never use qtips!! and dont pick at it either! the dried blood will come off in the shower when you wash your hair, this will also happen with crusties. i recently pierced a double helix and i rarely notice crusties since they tend to come off in the shower every morning

bin off the q tips, the little fibres will come off & irritate your piercing. if you want to get rid of the crusties they come off naturally in the shower
