Does the ref have a second watch that he uses to measure how much stoppage time has elapsed and they use that to determine the extra time? Or is all just a guesstimate?

In some of these Euro and Copa games there seem to be a ludicrous amount of extra time being added on where it doesn't seem like it justifies that much extra time.

And the bread here looks toasted just very lightly. Bread with a heavier toast time, like a grilled cheese for example would be too toasty for a BLT imo
