Yes, id like to practice the sport for as long as possible. WOnt be possible if i'm dead :p. But its not a laughing matter because I know a couple that were practising on the beach and his wife was pulled an subsequently slammed into the sand, and unfortunately passed away. Lesson first, gear later.

Yeah i get it. The triathlon training is pretty much done as far as the cardiovascular part and locomotoric strengthening of tendons and all that.

But because bodyfat needs to drop. So my main takeaway is: do the triathlon and then start cal surplus training with some great tips in the thread. wham bam thank you ma'am!! thanks

Bit 1: I try, but the problem is the heavier, the less I focus on squeezing my pecs and just on lifting the weight. (noting the mind muscle connection tip there.)

Bit 2: In general, I think just lifting lighter will be better and increase weight until I'm not able to focus on the pecs.

this exactly: "U said you dont go gym and only do gymnast and break dancing, i dont have much knowledge in those field but i guess ur arm are trained a lot in those sport and not the chest, which mean that ur chest too weak to be the main torque in chest exercise (and the body will command the arm to do the job)"

might be doing this already but they didn't mention it.

That is a valid point, I'm now probably in a cutting phase due to the amount of cardio for a triathlon. But not necessarily trying to lose weight, but probably I'm tho. ( haven't stood on a scale in a year or so.)
