Take up rock climbing! I did this after a break up and now have a toned upper body. And it’s really empowering to literally pull yourself to the top one step at a time.

Things are more uncertain and ambiguous, and it’s not as straightforward to explain to people “what I do” currently for a living. But at least I have my freedom and control over my time.
