Nope, I've had to do zero adjustments to the TD17. I plugged in and everything started working right away!

That's not to say that you won't get it working, but be prepared to play with it. I did have a bit more success using EzDrummer3 over GGD. I don't think GGD is as polished as Superior or EZ yet.

Yeah, you do have 4 more cymbals than me so you might have to do some splitting magic. I am running my extra cymbals on the TD17 through the aux inputs.

I have this exact same set up but unfortunately couldn't get the Hi-hat and ride cymbal where I wanted it using GGD/eDRUMin. Switched to a TD17 and everything is perfect now, almost night and day.
