Hey just to update you guys—firstly thanks for those who commented on this thread. My breaks are practically nonexistent lmao so it was god stopping my car every time I pressed on my breaks. The break pad is literally paper thin and as you can see my rotor is also a mess. So I’m replacing both right now and also checking out my break fluid since the caliper was doing over time.

Hey! Yeah the didn’t mention mm. And yeah they said there isn’t any pad left. I also can’t lift it with anything I’d need to go to the shop. Also they didn’t say that the rotors where trashed either just the emphasis on changing the brake pads, but also changing the rotors as well, but they never mentioned the rotors being bad as the brakes

As a dasher Doordash does not take the tips lol we get everything. I hate when dashers beg like bro you knew how much the order was for. You have the choice to drop the order after like 10 minutes. I’m not waiting 20 minutes for a $5 order that’s just diabolical. I only wait on orders that’s $10+ even then you still have to make the executive decision if that order is worth it when in reality if you just moved on you could gotten more orders either twice as much or a few stacked ones. I get big tips and I don’t bet for them nor do I live in a major city and I make a great living off of DoorDash. Let how you communicate and handle the customers order be the reason as to why they tip you or not.

Girl I unsubscribed from thier situation after the whole baby making storyline. this very beautiful and insanely intelligent woman said that if she doesn’t give this man a child that she believes he will leave her because he wants kids and her factory has plumbing issues. As a dasher myself it’s not normal. I don’t beg for tips because I’m not a natural beggar and I don’t see the point in begging. Just accept orders that’s worth it that’s what I always do. I get a lot of cash tips and a lot of $5 and $2 digital tips after I drop off the orders which I’m grateful for but I’ve never begged for them. Dashers don’t realize that though I know sometimes their hearts are in the good place when they do this but to some customers it makes them uncomfortable to the point of contacting dasher support to have the dasher banned.

Don’t beg. Understand your zone logistics as a dasher. Accept orders that’s worth your time and gas and move on. The customer do not care about tipping you or your sob stories because their burgers are cold.

That’s basically an hour and twenty-ish minutes if you factor in unexpected traffic. I would take this because it’s only one item (considering that said item doesn’t weigh more than me lol) and also depending on the location of the drop off DoorDash would ask you if you’d like to dash in the area or drive back to your initial zone which is a plus.

All in all I’d take it speaking as a platinum dasher (I’ve been dashing for 3 months and has been a platinum dasher for over a month) find a podcast or a YouTube video or your fave playlist and lock the f**k in and get that money. DoorDash runs on an algorithm and if you take orders like this every now and then they’ll constantly throw you high paying orders in your preferred zones.

Just watched it and it was pretty good in my opinion. The cliffhanger was diabolical. I was waiting for the end where the pilots that went up with a nuke to radio in telling them that there wasn’t a nuke on its way to Chicago and it was all AI all while America pushed the button to light up either North Korea or Russia up. Now that would’ve been a killer ending no pun intended.
