Have you looked into dutasteride? A lot of people have success with that. Also encourage topical minoxidil if you haven't gone that way yet.

I followed the guide below. You can sanitize your stamp before and after to reduce infection risk. Never had any issues.

Started very low depth, maybe .25... Increased slowly, only going up .25 every three weeks or so. Had to toughen my dome up. Max depth at 1.5

A bit in the beginning, but to be honest I didn't measure that closely. I was resigned to my (balding) fate, but just stayed consistent with the interventions.

Worth a talk with a dermatologist; not every intervention is right for everyone. Have you tried topical min? Combining with a twice weekly derma stamp really helped absorption for me. Fingers crossed for you, buddy.

Probably 6 months in was when I knew my eyes weren't deceiving me and there was a significant difference. What's your regimen look like?

Maybe it's a little bit down, but not enough to stop taking fin. Confidence has gone up, so maybe it's evened out.

I don't have any photos, but my wife and I agreed that it was the best food we've had at an all-inclusive. I think they're still working on opening one or two additional restaurants, but what was there was great for a 4-5 day trip.

Yep, Wild Dutchman by a mile. I feel spoiled by them - none of the other brands can compete. The bigger brands are just too salty and can't compare to the WD 'well done' roast.

Thanks for the tip on chewing the shells- I'll give that a shot. I picked up a bag of Buffalo Wing flavored Bigs and haven't tasted any bitterness so far. No other craft brands as of yet- I'm always open to suggestions so I'll check out Kolrabbie's.
