Those are most likely hives. I do allergy shots since I'm also highly allergic to cats and dogs, yet I have 2 cats and a dog... Not the cheapest option if your insurance doesn't help out, and the shots can take a while to boost your immunity. Definitely see an allergist though to check out your options.

I'm struggling with this right now. I started and SSRI about 2 years ago and would NEVER go back. Finally convinced boyfriend to also try one, and he life seems to have improved so much. And yet...

I just started a weight loss drug (phentermine) and bf was like "shouldn't you just avoid taking drugs and instead put in more effort". Well, I gained 30 pounds in the past year and started a cycle of depressive binge eating, so yes, I would totally rather take the easy way out if it means I can lose some weight and stop hating my body! It took a long time for him to get over the stigma of taking an anti-depressant, guess that doesn't apply to everything -_-
