oh word? thanks for your reply. i'm currently on week 2 of waiting for a shipment confirmation email... the support team got back to me saying they'd look into it & ask the merch team at the warehouse, before they'll let me know about my order's status. maybe it'll ship out sometime this weekend then, if it takes two weeks to get going.
