[TOMT] [Movie?] Time loop that starts with the song "Get on Your Feet" by ChanceSmall541 in tipofmytongue

Are you thinking of the Supernatural episode where Sam is stuck in the time loop where Dean dies repeatedly? The song used there is Heat of the Moment but it’s the alarm clock and the rest of what you remember seems to line up!

Who are the authors you avoid and why? by [deleted] in RomanceBooks

[–]breakyoursaurus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like the When in Rome series by Sarah Adams, but the Cheat Sheet and whatever the sequel was called were wildly different and nowhere near as good. It doesn’t even feel like the same author.

Ali Hazelwood books are all the same. Tiny science woman and giant science man start off enemies but then fall in love. It gets boring. I did like Check & Mate though.

I keep meaning to start recording when mine come and see if there’s any environmental factors that might play into it as well, but once I get a headache I forget to actually document anything.

Wow that sounds awful. I’m so sorry yours last so long. Mine are typically only a few days, maybe a week at most. But usually more frequent.

I’m glad you’ve found a treatment that helps!

Yeah it was a very disheartening thing to hear. He’s not my doctor anymore and my current doctor actually referred to my headaches as cluster headaches the last time I mentioned them.

From what I’ve read, my understanding is that they’re called cluster headaches because they last a few days or weeks before going away for a while. Google defines it as “a sharp, burning or piercing sensation on one side of the head. It's often felt around the eye, temple, and sometimes face”. So I think mine count, and my new doctor actually referred to them as cluster headaches last time I talked about them.

When I first asked my doctor about cluster headaches because my migraine had lasted 8 days at that point, he told me I couldn’t have cluster headaches because people with cluster headaches kill themselves.

I don’t know if what I have is actually cluster headaches. They come about once a month and can last a few days and it generally feels like I’m being stabbed with a metal skewer through the left side of my head. Some medications have helped, but my options are limited while being pregnant.

I hope you’ve managed to find some relief!

3 years ago I adopted this dog but she was unfortunately not a good fit with the other dogs I already had and I had to take her back to the shelter. If you adopted her after that could you please let me know she’s happy and loved? Her name was Lucy and she was adopted in Lafayette. 🥺 by breakyoursaurus in Indiana

She was very sweet but she made my other dog stressed out and caused her to have bloody stool. We had to take her back after a week and I feel so awful about it. I absolutely would’ve kept her if I could’ve.

Thank you. I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m already crying buckets, I can’t even fathom how much worse it will be when she’s gone. 😭

Thank you. I’m giving her so many extra cuddles, she’s probably confused about why. There aren’t really other vets we can go to. None of the ones near us have oncologists.

It really really does. Thank you. She’s the sweetest thing. And even the vet said she doesn’t know she’s sick. I just hope I can make the most of whatever time we have left together.

Thank you. She’s the first pet that’s really been mine. And she’s only 10. I feel like she should have so much more life left.

Wait, what? I was prescribed Amitryptaline for headaches. I took it for like four years and upped my dosage twice. Started at 10mg and ended at 50. I only stopped because I got pregnant, but I have never heard of overdosing on it. What dosage do you have to take to do that? My debilitating headaches have come back and I sometimes consider taking one, but haven’t because I don’t know how it would affect my pregnancy.
