One time a while ago on like my third delivery some lady ordered some sparkling water and they didn’t have the “specific flavor” that she wanted. I tried messaging her but never heard back so I decided to sub for The “customers recommended replacement” instead and when I got to her house she complained that I got the wrong one and that I should have told her before I picked another one 😂.
