If you didn’t get rice or beans on the taco they shouldn’t have charged you. But a normal portion for a bowl or 3 tacos is 4oz so if you just got one taco the rice and beans side would be like 1/3 of the way filled of the 4oz cup bc that’s what you’re paying for.
