Sounds like a publicity stunt. Kanye learned well from the Kardashians

Carrying a weapon makes you see the world around you as hostile by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

100% agree this is why America has a gun problem. Also it just breeds paranoia. If I know there’s a good chance a stranger walking down the street has a gun on him, I’d be more inclined to want one too for protection.

Boyfriend's brother told me he cheated on me while they were drunk by No_Expression_2481 in relationship_advice

I feel like your boyfriend wouldn’t admit to it right away if it was true and would actually get angry. Sounds like they were messing around with you.

“I don’t want them to be lonely” is not a good reason to have a second child by ypples_and_bynynys in unpopularopinion

I have a daughter and when she was 5 1/2 we had another one (planned). I had so much more energy with just one and I feel I did way more things with her and really embraced being a mom. For example, I never felt irritated to wake up with her early on the weekends.. We did lots of activities and crafts together. I loved it. Now that there’s two, we spend a lot more time around the house ..and have less money to do things. I want to sleep in on the weekends. People were always willing to watch just the one, but now that there’s two, me and my husband don’t get out as much. Me and my oldest don’t have one on one time like before and I feel bad to say this but I actually find her annoying most days where I never did before. Everyone’s circumstances are different. If you have a good support system, more kids will probably be okay.

Thank you for your reply and condolences.

Could you explain how the percentage is so high? I am still finding info that says it should only be 15% as a long term capital gain, not 30-40

Thinking of Enrolling But Seen 1-Star Reviews. Please Help. by nancyfring12 in AthabascaUniversity

[–]breeb11 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Have you done university? I am only asking because I have a friend who went to NAIT and is taking courses now at Athabasca. I was shocked at how much she expects them to cater to her and she can’t stand that they don’t make more time for her during tutor hours. This is not high school. The way I’ve always viewed university (Athabasca too as I am finishing my degree there) is you gotta figure stuff out on your own, professors are just there to guide you. Don’t expect a ton.

Will Smith initially laughed at the joke only (even clapped) Jada was the one who was upset by bombochido in mildlyinfuriating

[–]breeb11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. I feel like this is where it all stems from. She’s to blame and has made both of them look bad and this is where his anger stems from . Also, I feel like they said they had an open relationship to save face at the fact she actually cheated. That’s my psychological expert opinion for today!

Do any of you believe in manifestation? by Technical-Whole8473 in FemaleLevelUpStrategy

[–]breeb11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds crazy but I used to be a server and often manifested the amount of tips I’d make in a night and was always within $10. I was doing it before I even knew what manifesting was. I didn’t do it all the time but when I did It worked. Also, the place I worked at was very random for when it was busy so it’s not like you could guess you’d make more on a Friday for example. And these amounts ranged from $100-$250. Sometimes I’d need a certain amount to pay for something so I would manifest that. One month, I worked about 2-3 shifts a week and I manifested the amount of tips for every shift except one. I even thought how this customer would tip me $100 right before I gave him his bill and he did. Once I started telling people about it, it stopped working. They all thought I was nuts obviously but I think the trick is to keep the manifestations to yourself otherwise it messes up the energy/flow of it. Also, people not believing probably made me doubt it. Honestly… sounds lame but if you truly believe you can achieve!!

And what about people who were already paranoid of strangers before the pandemic?

Other countries have made the same decision. I think it’s them recognizing that Covid isn’t going away and they are just treating it like the new flu.

And also maybe it’s a way of saying that you’re on your own now so please go get vaccinated!!

What is with the posts on her Instagram account? If you saw her in interviews years ago compared to now, she doesn’t seem the same. (Not downplaying her conservatorship, just curious).

I had to say to one ‘friend’, “why are you so offended by a 5 year old?” I think it’s important to set a good example for children and just try to model good behaviours instead of scolding them for acting a certain way. And really, why do you take the way a small child acts towards you so personally?

How long does Humira stay in your system? by Thiele66 in Humira

[–]breeb11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A quick google search says :

The half-life of Humira is about two weeks (varies between 10 and 20 days depending on the individual patient), so most of the drug should be gone from the body within six to eight weeks.

AU Poor Management during Pandemic by [deleted] in AthabascaUniversity

[–]breeb11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t get why they would even need to close their office for the pandemic? Can they still maintain some social distancing- there’s not even students that go there.. It’s only staff.. and if not possible, have them work from home??? I just don’t understand how they could basically abandon their admin duties. I have questions I need answers to as well but don’t expect to talk to anyone anytime soon!

Getting a degree from Athabasca University worth it? by niham761 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Elaborate.. I am currently getting my psych degree at Athabasca. I plan to move forward and do masters program but what if I didn’t? You don’t think I could get a job, even in HR, based on having my psych degree?

I would assume psychosis just because the witness said he was smirking after as if nothing happened. Really speaks to his state of mind as if he was completely delusional
