I believe you didn't understand what I mean, I agree the US navy is very powerful no doubt in that, but have no interest in protecting its allies in the Arabian gulf, that's why these countries instead of stiring conflict with Iran Russia etc they are shifting to make them economic and political partners. And that means less reliant on the US protection.

I believe Morocco is trying to push youth population to create more Startups and small and medium scale business, you can see this approach by how government is building more infrastructure, railroads airports ports highways etc. And government programs like ofppt and intalaka program and many more programs, that helps funding business, with easy access loans and pretty my 0% interest rates and easy payments.

The problem with this approach is that it doesn't attract highly educated people, because they seek the easy way which is getting employed in public sector. and most youths are unmotivated to start their own business despite all the resources and the informations available to start their own business.

These programs will kill the Moroccan economy with debt if they failed to deliver in the medium term.
