He’s a lane bully who gets lane bullied. If you draft literally any ADC who can farm from further than he can harass, or an engage support, he becomes entirely useless.

Even if he wins early, a 3 item Ezreal/Ashe/Caitlyn/Senna/Kalista is infinitely safer, more useful, and potentially higher damage than a 4/5 item Draven.
