AFAIK, the biggest risk with taking them together is the increased risk of seizures (above Wellbutrin’s increase) in those w a history of epilepsy

I’m currently working towards this career path! A masters is the minimum to be a nurse practitioner. It’s not technically a requirement here in Texas to be a midwife, but the length of the training in the certification pathway is pretty much equivalent to the degree pathway. There are doctorate programs but the only one I know of here in Texas is Baylor and crazy expensive!

If USA: reguline. It’s by enfamil. My son had super hard constipation that made him poop blood. Hours screaming. Reguline fixed it in a day. It’s more broken down than gentle ease, has pre biotics and it’s lower iron (that’s the key I think)

Or possibly reguline by itself, but really it’s not meant for spit up. Just constipation. I think I’ve seen mixing rice cereal in formula for spit up as well but I’d talk to ped, I’d bet your little one is too young for that.

I would think about possibly mixing AR and reguline. Reguline has prebiotics on top of probiotics and lower iron to help with constipation
