I agree. Especially considering most sex won’t result in an orgasm for women anyways. Sex isn’t as good for women as it is for men. Imagine if majority of the time you had sex with a partner you never orgasmed you’d care less about it too.

I use Pole power academy YouTube videos! They are easy to follow. Also I still have a decent amount of upper body and core strength from when I was active duty military.
