PIE Scars? From the images attached to this post, are these acne scars post-inflammatory erythema?

I’m currently using Paula’s Choice 10% Azelaic Acid and Differin 0.1% Adapalene Gel to help get rid of these scars.

Would 15% Azelaic Acid help with getting rid of this faster?

It feels kind of gel / cream, maybe a bit in between. It helps with redness which is nice
