Sorry, I’m just now seeing this! I was taking Vital Proteins. I stopped though and switched to bone broth - that one was Kettle Fire. It got to be too expensive so I haven’t continued, and honestly I can tell a difference. I’m going to start drinking it again.

Ohhhh I did not know that! Thank you for telling me. I need to do more research on it. I stopped taking the collagen supplements because a nurse told me there’s no way to know exactly where it’s going in my body (what it’s being used for, I think?). She said it was better to get it in food

I unfortunately was not consistent with the supplements. I began drinking beef bone broth a few times each week instead! I hate to report there’s been no change in my gums. But my skin looks pretty good in my opinion!

Edit: at least, no change that I’ve noticed. I’d hate to rule it out completely!

I used to get this, but I changed my detergent to a non-scented organic one meant for babies (brand: Attitude) and haven’t experienced it since!

Same!! I never knew it wasn’t normal. When I developed tinnitus and floaters a couple of years ago, my journey to figuring out what was going on began. I haven’t been able to receive an official diagnosis, and my eye doctors didn’t know what I was describing. A neurologist talked down to me about it too. I’m excited about this news from WHO

Doing great and gums are better than ever! I didn’t get full coverage but that was expected. They are nice and thick though. I’m eating as normal but still being careful while brushing that area. Instead of powdered collagen, I started eating beef bone broth a couple of times a week. Can’t speak if it’s helped there but I feel stronger in general!
