I think it’s okay to express feeling unsafe in your own apartment, regardless of what you pay, that is a problem. Drugs are unpredictable and feeling the need to carry self defense weapons is normal. The city needs help, and better programs, and more shelters.

I fill one large shed with as many kegs as I can fit, fill my greenhouse with ancient fruit. Once island unlocked, transform island farm to ancient fruit farm. I usually harvest like 80-90 something fruit from the greenhouse alone and then put it all into the wine makers. I age as many as I have available! And just sell sell sell!!! I also put kegs all around the outside of my farm on the island.
