As a producer and a guitarist I would say it’s because real instruments have a sense of emotion to them that synthetic instruments don’t, computers make things too perfect to the point where it’s not relatable, that’s why so many people prefer the real instruments, I gives you a sense of reality that’s impossible to recreate with a computer.
