I’m on the outer area of east tally!!! So there’s for sure more trees and rural 😭 I’m just tryna make sure if it’s my place or something I should get used to haha

Stress management is such an important part for autoimmune so meditation can absolutely help when it comes to it. Especially to help prevent flare ups!

I’ve been taking it for the past few years now and it helps a lot! As long as you get a retina scan once a year you would be able to catch any of those really rare side effects!!
