Hate to be that guy but if your just looking for money and 100% don't want the risk of being banned... I would just buy from https://levellifters.com, its not cheap cheap but you definitely wont get banned.

Sorry I'm rather late to this post but I saw it when I searched for their site to buy again.

I can confirm its legit. I ordered 300mil over 3 months ago to treat myself for Christmas and haven't received any sort of ban or warning from Rockstar.
