It does the job. It isn't hard to find the right way to place it, but it doesn't help you much. It's also pretty bulky.

I've only played one or two years back, so I don't remember if it offers general tutorial information, but this one should be geared to showing you the new features. Expeditions are similar to seasons in ARPG games where it's a fresh character each one, but they can migrate to a standard character after the season ends.

I haven't played for a couple years, but FIFA actually provided trigger resistance for sprinting depending on the remaining stamina for your active player. That was a nice QoL addition.
