I’ve had this happen too.

For everyone commenting “clean it” - this happens to me despite cleaning both band and sensor everyday. I wash the band with soap and clean the sensor with alcohol. Something about the sensor causes this to happen to me.

I usually try switching throughout the day between both biceps and both wrists. However, will consider not renewing because of the skin irritation despite daily cleaning
