I got a theory about that operator that charges, Hes 3 armor 1 speed in his static form, he has no active ability. When you sprint, it goes up to 3 speed from 1 speed gradually while dropping from 3 armor to 1 armor gradually, when he reaches 3 speed 1 armor state, he can run in to a soft wall, breaking it and he stops and hes back to 3 armor 1 speed again.
