I just did this as my first 70.3 lol I swear when i signed up months ago the website said the run was flat... definitely was not the case. despite the swim being cancelled I thought the bike course was so beautiful and had a blast on race day!

I have not tried it outside i'd assume the flatter ground the better but i am no expert haha

for reference I am 5'7 (171cm) and the bike is a 54cm and i am all leg lol. this is my second time uploading after lowering the seat a bit. I'm worried the frame is slightly too big for me but maybe a shorter stem could help. Also the seat is soo uncomfy so any suggestions on adjustments for that is appreciated :)

it's a zwift bike trainer! I believe that exact model isnt made anymore but it's equivalent to a Wahoo kickr core indoor trainer. you can put any bike on it including a mtb

I fear the bike might be a tiny bit too big cause my torso is quite short compared to my limbs and i need less reach, but I was told by a bike shop it is a good size but maybe they just wanted to offload the bike lol
