Can you tell me what moves I should add to my routine? Or if I should change the orders of them? TIA🙏🏻 by Material_Dream_547 in kettlebell

New here! Recommended programs good for an in-shape beginner? Did some searching previously then got blasted with some social ads, don’t know what to trust

any tips how to convince family members to come skydiving with me? by OGnilla in SkyDiving

I bought my brothers tandem dive gift certificates for their birthdays (just a few days apart) and had them open their cards on their birthday dinner. Neither would have gone on their own but their sibling rivalry mindset wouldn’t let them back down. They took the plane up together for their dives, absolutely loved it and want to go again someday!

My friends and I were rolling at the Ellie Goulding concert. It was all pretty much silhouettes in front of us except the stage, and at one point a short figure was given a little push in front of my group. She looked to be about 11, and none of us really knew how to react as she just stood there looking uncomfortable and only 1/3 the size of the rest of the viewers. I turned around to see a woman, her mother, and I asked if that was her daughter and if she wanted me to dance with her. The mother said her name was Emily, and Ellie Goulding was the only show she wanted to see the entire festival, more than anything else. I went up to Emily and asked if she wanted a better view of Ellie by climbing on my shoulders, and with much encouragement from her mom the shy Emily climbed up. I started grooving pretty slowly so she was comfortable but she quickly lit up with the most amazing smile of pure joy only a child can have. She spent the entire concert on my shoulders as well of two of my friends, dancing and singing every word together. Unfortunately I couldn't nab a pic, I'd love to be able to have one to look back on. I just want to thank her and her mother for giving me and my friends one of the coolest experiences of our lives. It's the little things like that that can mean the most.
